How to order

1. From the home page, click on a product or one of the product categories

2. Then, add the item to your shopping cart by clicking “Purchase”. The item will appear in your shopping cart and be shown on the screen. This will always be shown when you are in any part of the Triple M Shop to remind you of what you have ordered.

3. You may remove any selected style by clicking on the “remove” icon in your shopping cart at any time.

Payment Methods

Austereo accepts the following payment methods:

Visa
Mastercard
AMEX

If your card is not accepted by Triple M or for non credit card holders, we will despatch your order once payment is received. We accept cheques, bank cheques and money orders. Please contact us at 03 9230 1058 to make necessary arrangements.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Deliveries / shipping

Within Australia:

We offer the choice of Regular Post or Express Post and you can decide which option you prefer at checkout. The cost of each option is charged at a flat rate and is listed in the table below.

Regular Post: 1 – 5 business days $5.00
Express Post: 1 – 2 business days $8.00

Express Post parcels are a speedy option for delivery and can be tracked should a problem arise.

Regular Post is also offered, however does not offer the security or efficiency of express post. Please note parcels that are sent using regular post cannot be tracked should they go missing in action!

Although Australia Post offers a reliable service, errors do occasionally occur. Austereo do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items once they are lodged with Australia Post. We therefore recommend the use of Registered Post.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You should receive your order within 1-5 business days of ordering. If you do not receive your order in the time specified please contact us on 03 9230 1058.

Do you accept orders from places other than Australia?

We accept orders from Europe, North America and the United States.

Returns/Exchanges

Austereo will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed product for full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original order date.

Colours / sizes

If you receive an item and wish to exchange it for a different size or an alternative item you will incur the cost of shipping it back to Austereo and the additional cost to reship your exchanged item.

Sold out items

You will be advised immediately if an item is sold out and will be unable to proceed through to check out.
